I'm sure that you are all aware that this is National Police Week. This is the perfect time for you to give special honor to YOUR police officer!

Being an officer is so often a thankless job. Your husband needs the kind of encouragement and admiration that only you can give! Take every opportunity to be his biggest fan!

Thank him for his provision. Praise him for his courage and dedication to the job. Tell him how proud you are of him for being an officer. Let him know that you appreciate his work. He needs to hear these things from you!

A man's identity is very tied into his job. When you express your admiration and appreciation of the work he does, you'll be amazed to see what it does for his self-esteem and attitude! When he knows that you are behind him, there is nothing that can defeat him!

Your husband NEEDS your words of thanks! Give them to him often!

PRAYER: Father, help these women to be thankful at all times for their husbands! During times of hardship in their marriages, reveal to them things that they can be thankful for! Let their words of thankfulness be always upon their lips! In Jesus' name, amen.
