Fingerprint Cookies

1/2 Lb Butter
2/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp orange extract
2 ½ cups flour
1/ tsp salt

Beat butter and sugar, add eggs & extract
Add flour and salt. Blend well.
Roll into balls, press down in center with thumb to make a well.
Fill with Jams or Jelly
