Honey Baked Chicken
1/2 cup baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1 tsp. ginger
1 T. seasoning salt
honey
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine baking mix, ginger and seasoning
salt in a shallow dish. Brush or drizzle both sides of each chicken
breast with honey, then coat with baking mix. Brown each side
of the chicken in a non-stick frying pan lightly coated with oil
until just golden. Transfer to a wire rack (such as a cookie cooling
rack) set over a glass baking dish. Bake chicken at 400 degrees
for 30-45 minutes.
